Indiana Jones And The Great Circle Adventures Onto PS5 April 17th
MachineGames last minute Xbox hit, Indiana Jones and the Great Circle comes to PlayStation 5 in just a few weeks time.
Another Xbox-exclusive sneaks up on PlayStation platforms
MachineGames, the minds behind the revival of the Wolfenstein series, has announced their latest single-player hit, Indiana Jones and the Great Circle is making its way over to PlayStation 5 on April 17th via a fun little video featuring Nolan North and Indy Soundalike Troy Baker having a banter-filled conversation about what makes a great adventure.
At the end of the video, we get a look at the Indiana Jones and the Great Circle Collector’s Bundle, which, according to Bethesda’s website, is a PS5 exclusive bundle. Even when Xbox releases a game on their own platform, they get the shaft. There’s been no word if Xbox and PC owners can get their hands on this exclusive edition for their own platforms.
The Collector’s Bundle is jam-packed with all kinds of goodies, from story DLC The Order of Giants and pre-order bonuses to a steelbook and replicas of in-game items from Indiana Jones and the Great Circle. And all for the reasonable price (for a Collector’s Edition) of €199.99 or your equivalent.
The Indiana Jones and the Great Circle Collector’s Bundle is full of excellent goodies. Whip and fedora not included. Sadly.
Though the Collector’s Bundle does include the Order of Giants DLC, MachineGames has still not shared a release date for it just yet. It’s likely news on the DLC has been held back until the PlayStation 5 version is released, though it is surprising that the release date wasn’t announced for a later date during the same announcement.
Despite releasing too late to participate in 2024’s Game Awards, Indiana Jones and the Great Circle went on to receive positive reviews and a number of awards from other publications. It’s an enjoyable action romp that fills the treasure-hunting genre that both Tomb Raider and Uncharted have left vacant and is worth picking up on any platform. Will you shell out for the Collector’s Bundle or are you content with the base game? Let us know in the comments!
I created this website as I feel the state of the games industry and games reporting as a whole has gotten overly negative and full of clickbait. While I understand both of these are a great way to generate engagement, it’s a detriment to those gamers (like myself) that are just trying to enjoy games and not have to worry about the negativity of the current state of the gaming industry. I want a space where gamers can come for unbiased news that doesn’t rely on clickbait or rumours with a dash of humour and have the opportunity to share their passion for games.
