Clive Barker's Hellraiser: Revival Announced For PC & Consoles
Boss Team Games have partnered with Saber Interactive to bring us a new single-player horror game in the form of Clive Barker's Hellraiser: Revival for PC, PS5, and Xbox Series consoles.
Foregoing the unspoken tradition of horror franchises being adapted as asymmetrical PvP experiences for their video game debut, Clive Barker's Hellraiser: Revival will instead be a traditional single-player horror game where players are tasked with bargaining with the infamous Pinhead for the life of a loved one. Franchise creator Clive Barker returns to lend his bloody expertise to the game's development, so it should help the game feel even more authentic.
The story will see players in the role of Aidan, with the official website adding a brief story synopsis for fans to pore over. “Play the story of Aidan, who must use the power of a mysterious puzzle box – the Genesis Configuration – to help his girlfriend Sunny’s escape from the otherworldly hellscape of the Labyrinth.
Wield the powers of the box to survive your bargain with the infamous Pinhead and do battle with the horrific cult devoted to the Cenobites.”
Clive Barker's Hellraiser: Revival is canon to the lore already established “as you unwittingly kickstart Pinhead's ritual to unleash ultimate torment on the world.” And to add even more authenticity to the project, Pinhead will be voiced once more by actor Doug Bradley. With both Barker and Bradley back, fans should feel right at home playing Clive Barker's Hellraiser Revival.
As Aidan, players will wield the powers of the Genesis Configuration alongside an arsenal of earthly weapons to unleash upon hell's armies of wretches, deviants, cultists, and its most infernal priests in an unholy war for your immortal soul.
What's more is Boss Team Games also have three collector's editions for fans to get their hands on, with the most luxurious offer being a Signed Leviathan Edition signed by Clive Barker himself, though it is limited to 1,000 copies. The other two collections are no slouch either, with all manner of goodies on offer. If you're interested, feel free to check them out over on the official website.

I created this website as I feel the state of the games industry and games reporting as a whole has gotten overly negative and full of clickbait. While I understand both of these are a great way to generate engagement, it’s a detriment to those gamers (like myself) that are just trying to enjoy games and not have to worry about the negativity of the current state of the gaming industry. I want a space where gamers can come for unbiased news that doesn’t rely on clickbait or rumours with a dash of humour and have the opportunity to share their passion for games.
